Were in the bar at the Landhaus Jekle yesterday - absolutely top class! (Roast onions / pikeperch on fennel-carrot ragout / carrot cake) excellently eaten, everything exactly to the point, differentiated in taste, courteous and attentive service. The house should no longer remain an insider tip and the reviews in the relevant restaurant guides don't promise too much! Keep it up and thank you for the taste experience!

Indescribably delicious

The Landhaus Jekle is an absolute insider tip in the gastronomic scene between Munich and Stuttgart. The products used are of the highest quality (meat comes from their own slaughter), the creations are innovative, top-of-the-line crafted and lovingly prepared. Lukewarm Makrere on a carpaccio of turnip and apple was in the three course surprise menu as a starter. A great combination with complex flavors. As a main course I had duck breast with caponata vegetables, cranberries and potato dumplings. Classic of the big kitchen meets home cooking! Duck breast roasted to the point, great fruity notes from the cranberries and refined variation of native dumplings. A perfectly matched sauce. And the portions are quite so, that you will easily enough of it but without being ordinary. The bang came at the end ... Desserts seem to be the secret hobbyhorse of Günter Jekle: Tarte from the Thai mango with passion fruit. I'm not a desserts fan but that was absolute class. Fruity, hearty, not too sweet! Great! A coffee and the food was perfect! The journey was worth it! Gladly again!

Very good food, friendly staff. Something higher prices, but in my opinion justified by the high quality.

The steak is a dream, the service is very friendly and great service. A real (secret) tip!
